When we returned from New Zealand there was a house going in next door and our fence was in the way and had to come down!
The problem was that our pool fence was about 450 mm over the boundary and with only 1100mm to the house on all sides then part of the double brick wall had to go!
Luckily I was able to get someone (Kristian) to remove it at very short notice on Saturday. It proved to be a MUCH bigger job than expected as the footings from the garage and also had to go.
